The answer to this
question has also been researched by scientists. As human beings, we need so
much, and we are so…
Professor Dr. Abraham
Maslow is a scientist working in psychology. We recognize him with the
"needs of the individual" theory. According to him, people's needs
are limitless, and there is a need after a human need is overcome.
It is not possible to be
completely satisfied during a need-to-solve. The need that he does not need is
a great source of motivation for the person, and he shows great interest in
what he has not achieved yet. So, what you cannot get is pleasant. However,
after the need is overcome, this desire decreases for desire its decisive
influence on behavior. There is also a hierarchical
situation of this situation. Maslow is based on the principle that it is
nonsense to meet the needs of the upper level without meeting the lower level
of the hierarchy. The hierarchy of needs is expressed in steps and divided into
5 main categories.
1) Physiological
needs: starvation, thirst and other similar essential needs; No happiness
is possible without this stage. We are so unfamiliar with our world of our
common home, and we are not aware that we are so exhausted. If I meet my needs,
the rest is not important. This is wrong. We consume natural resources unfairly
and pollute it. You know 80% of the world is hungry. Do you ever come to mind
when you put buns of bread here? I take this matter very
seriously. Because the vast majority of the world cannot even achieve this
stage, the most important need is not met and it is UNHAPPINESS. Whether it is
religious, humanistic, or rights-oriented, what we say and do is incompatible.
We do not separate our trash as plastic, glass, organic. We do not think what
the cat drinks on the street, what a homeless person does in the cold. If
there is a spiritual union and cycle and every created being is necessary for
the other in the world, we are responsible for the happiness of everything in
the world. The one who created us does not want it either. Are you aware? This
subject goes far; it hurts your heart…
2) Security Needes:
The other factor is safety for happiness. Protection from external factors that
from hazards arising. I mean, the second need is for a person to have a full
stomach and a back. Security.
3) Social Needs: Love, acceptance, social life, belonging, etc. This
item, which is in the third place, if you have money, physiological needs
increase our part.
Many famous people wore
the same clothes every day, for example Steve Jobs the former head of Apple. He
has solved this problem as wearing black in every day, but nowadays people are
wearing clothes crazy. They compete with each other not to wear a dress again. However,
everything is good in time, in place and not wasted. Today, we feel dependent
on brands to be able to love, accept, and belong to a community. Why we've
increased our needs so much.
We can apply these
things to the fourth item and more..
4) Reputation Needs: Status, success, reputation,
recognition, etc. For this item, we can say the third thing.
5) Self Realization: Development, successful completion
of a job. Now we came to the most important item. To improve yourself, to do
your best and to complete. As a matter of fact, if Maslow wishes to put it as item
3. Because, if this matter is realized, the need for social and respectability
is solved by itself. I want to say is that social status
is not related to your clothes, your food, your drink (if they are healthy) for
success.
I also want to add that.
As taught in elementary school to us, fine feathers make fine birds, but the
world.
Anyway, I spoke a lot. I
know that long writings are boring and unreadable.
So, thank GOD for
everything you have given me...
Happy days..
